Rebekah Townsend “Latter Days” … recorded live in our living room. Not technically an overdubs track but rather a stunning live cover from the overdubs collaborator Rebekah Townsend. If you have heard of Over The Rhine, well you should have. Video directed by Ryan Townsend, who used a bunch of shots of friends, hoping they won’t mind being in a music video.
Since 2006, there have always been “two” overdubs: the online, beat-driven version and the live in-person rock band. While I was interning at Warner Music, I used some down time to kind of familiarize myself with electronic music and “therapy” resulted.
